Early access service
A configurator submission starts a planning review and does not create a final purchase until Tara confirms the device plan, scope, pricing, and next steps with you.
Configured hardware
Final hardware selection, protocols, camera retention, and installation scope are confirmed during the review process before anything ships.
Self-install scope
Unless a separate installation arrangement is confirmed, Tara kits are designed for homeowner self-install using the room-by-room checklist.
No required subscription for core routines
Core smart-home routines are planned around a local server and are not built around a required monthly subscription. Optional services may have separate terms.
