Sized for the house
The room, window, exterior-door, light, thermostat, doorbell, presence, and camera-zone counts determine the draft. A one-bedroom home does not receive the same package as a larger house.
Compatible hardware chosen together
Tara reviews the actual home and any devices you already own before confirming product models, radios, bridges, or subscriptions. The product list is not guessed from a generic bundle.
Paired and labeled
The local server, device names, room groups, and starting routines are prepared before shipping where the selected hardware supports preconfiguration.

No. The starter package begins at a one-bedroom scope, and final pricing changes with the count and install scope.

Yes. The camera kit adds exterior camera zones to the starter kit scope.
Is this a box of random smart-home products?
No. Tara confirms device compatibility, prepares the local server and room plan, and labels the handoff around the home before shipping.
Does the kit require a monthly subscription?
No required monthly subscription is needed for the core local routines. Optional third-party cloud services may have their own fees, and Tara identifies those before the final plan.
Can Tara work with devices I already own?
Often, yes. Existing devices are reviewed for integration support, local control, cloud dependency, and whether keeping them will make the finished system easier or harder to maintain.
